Once you have finished shopping your postage will be automatically calculated according to the number of products you have ordered, their size, weight and the shipping destination. Orders are normally dispatched the day after the order is placed.
UK Shipping
UK orders can either be sent by Royal Mail First Class (delivery time of 1-3 working days from date of despatch) or by courier (Interlink). UK First Class postage costs are quoted individually on each product's own page, and will not exceed £7.50 for any combined orders (except Core PRINCE2 Exam Book Bundle and Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 - see below). Orders worth more than £40 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (signature required).
UK orders sent by courier will be delivered the following day. For example, if you place your order on Wednesday morning, it will be delivered on Friday (delivery time of 2 working days).
Interlink Couriers require a signature on delivery, so if no-one is at home during working hours, it is better to use Royal Mail or specify another delivery address (such as a relative or your workplace). Interlink charge for changing the address after despatch. If you specify a business address, please provide the company name. We will not send parcels to a business address with no company name, as this often causes parcels to be lost.

Choose STANDARD delivery (£4.75) for carriage via Interlink Couriers. Delivery will be on the day after despatch.

Choose COURIER DELIVERY (£8.50) for carriage via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
In either case a signature is required.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses. Please provide us with a physical address.
International Shipping
Overseas orders are sent by Air Action couriers or Air Mail International Signed For. In either case a signature is required on delivery. Delivery is within 3-6 working days from date of despatch, depending on the distance and customs clearance. Please give a full physical delivery address (not a PO box number).

Customs
When ordering goods from APMG-Business Books for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. The customer is liable for any additional charges for customs clearance - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so you should contact your local customs office for details of any charges they may apply.
Shipping companies may also levy administration charges to cover their dealings with Customs. The customer is responsible for these also.
