Earned Value Management: APM Guidelines - Discontinued
Description
Earned Value Management is a project control process, based on a structured approach to planning, cost collection and performance measurement. It is also one of a number of elements in a cohesive body of knowledge – project management.
The first edition of this guideline, published in 2002, was well received and found support in the United States and further afield as a standard and a work of reference for practitioners. This revision has corrected any errors in the original and aimed to improve its clarity without making any radical changes. It remains reciprocal with ANSI/EIA-748-B Earned Value Management Systems standard.
