How long will my order take to reach me?

Your order is usually despatched the day after you have placed it (this does not include weekends so orders placed on Fridays will be despatched on the Monday).

Your order is then dispatched by Interlink or Royal Mail First Class, according to your choice. The normal delivery time for any UK order is 3 days but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders also usually take 3-5 working days depending on where they are being shipped to.

What if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?

If your order is worth £40 or more (without postage) or is shipped overseas, a signature will be required.

Interlink require a signature on delivery (whatever the value), so if no-one is at home during working hours, it is better to use Royal Mail or specify another delivery address (e.g. a relative or your workplace). Interlink charge for re-delivery to a different address.

It has been longer than a week and I have not received my order, what now?

If you have not received your order after a period of 3-5 working days please contact us on 01494 452450, alternatively please email sales@apmg-businessbooks.com

What delivery method is used?

Orders with a delivery address in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or the courier company Interlink. Orders with a delivery address outside the UK will be sent by Air Action or Air Mail International Signed For.

Is any discount given for bulk buys?

Discount for bulk buys is given at the discretion of APMG-Business Books, please contact us on 01494 452450 to discuss any bulk purchases.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase from APMG-Business Books please contact us on 01494 452450. We will usually refund orders that are returned in pristine condition within 28 days. If your goods are damaged on arrival, they will be replaced or refunded automatically. PDFs and E-books CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE DOWNLOADED.

Is APMG-Business Books a secure website?

Any page on our website that contains sensitive information such as credit card details or names and addresses is fully secure. Once you reach the payments pages on APMG-Business Books you will be transferred to our online payment service providers site Worldpay, you will then be asked to fill in your credit card details and the payment will be authorised on line. At no time during the payment process are your credit card details see by anyone other than the company authorising the payments. We do not see or retain the details at APMG, and your card details are not stored by this website.

I would still prefer not to order over the web, are there any alternatives?

There are 2 alternatives to ordering over the web:
